this place is awful. would not recommend it. staff is unknowledgeable and rude and apartments are falling apart and have faulty appliances.

If you look at the other comments posted about this place you will see that almost everyone says its terrible and the ones that are "yes" are from 2002!!!! Its pretty obvious by looking at the above comment that it was the manager from Tiffany Woods. Funny how she just sent me a "nice" email asking me to change my ratings and comment but yet she writes "obviously you're confused, honey" talk about professional-NOT!

I disagree with this posting completely. Tiffany Woods is a wonderful place to live. The staff is great and the manager would never allow these things to go as this person describes. I have lived there for a long time and it is the best place in all of Muskegon. Obviously you're confused honey.

well the pool heater is broken again for the third time this year and the hot tub is always broken and the showers are never cleaned and very dirty and very unsanitary- several tenants have complained numerous times.
