Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Floor plans are good maintenance is below average rent is cheaper then most but when you move out watch out the the charges. You could get billed for a full carpet replace on carpeting that is over 5 years old. Plus you may also get billed to repaint the counter tops with an epoxy paint that costs about as much as new countertops.
