The inside of the places looks great, but the office staff is bad bad bad. They loose paper work, misplace phone numbers, and forget to file paperwork with the state. Also a "background check" is done, but rarely used, currently 7 sex offenders live in the area many for crimes against childern. Also many people have dogs, but few pick up the poop so if you have childern forget playing outside without a pooper scopper. It is cheep and liveable for now, if you have time look around for something better.

Well the old saying is "You get what you pay for" If you had driven through the property and investigated it throughly before signing you would have been wiser. Cheap is what you get all the way around. More for your buck is an understatment. You get crackheads, heroin addicts, child molestors, imigrants, hookers, felons, filthy halls etc etc. So Ya YOU GET ALOT FOR YOUR $$$$$$$...
