I lived here 3 years. Every time my lease was up- they bumped my rent up. I made complaints about the ceiling cracking and nail pops and they said they'd be back to fix it and it never happened. The windows are paper thin so it's almost impossible to sleep in on weekends with dogs barking, birds chirping, loud airplanes buzzing over your apartment. The maintenance men rarely ever salt sidewalks in the winter. I fell on the ice countless times. You constantly hear young kids partying and bumping music. If you have an upstairs unit- you're private entry stairs are impossible to keep clean. The landlord took ALL of my security deposit and then some to replace the cost of carpet which wasnt new when I moved in. I'm working on a small claims court case as far as that goes. My dishwasher didn't work right. It was old. The fridgerator as well was from the 1990's when this place was first built. The utilities are high for an apartment. The water pressure is low when taking a shower so buy your own showerhead. Needless to say, I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone I knew.

In response to "Anonymous" posted on 10/17/08. You stated your rent was raised every time you lease was up. This is not a true statement; you had a $25 increase in Feb. 2007, this is the ONLY increase you've gotten. This was through our previous owner - the new owner took over in Mar. 2007. The ceiling cracks and nail pops could have been forgotten, we are human and we also make mistakes. I do realize it's not your duty, however a reminder call could have fixed this problem. We did prorate you carpet replacement cost accordingly. As far as the appliances go, we generally do not replace them just because they are old. If they look good and run good, we keep them. I am sorry to hear you were so unhappy during your three year stay, and wish you good luck in the future. Management
