My View :) - Even though I had to move to a smaller two bedroom apartment from a 4 bedroom Tri-level ~ I am pleased. The view alone is priceless. not returned security deposit I've been waiting 6 plus weeks for my security deposit called every week after 30 days thay just said it was on its way.Called today 3/30/2011 and said that they had no forward address um ok when i turned the keys in they took it down.but now they said no address

You will be pleased For an apartment Pendleton was really great. My husband and I lived here for two years and it was nice. Every once and a while you would hear dogs barking, but other than that the noise level was pretty good. We moved becuase we bought a house and the staff was very helpful

Great community to live! Great community! I have lived here with my family for a couple years now. New office staff is very helpful and friendly especially the property manager Sarah. Sorry to see David go, he was always very friendly. Matt is always on top of any maintenance issues. Love

VERY BAD When we first moved here our building was so quiet and nice. Now it is full of ghetto kids that make noise all night and it's scary. I am young and I still don't like it. The apartment manager is super nice but anybody can get in here. Plus our key can get into other peoples

The staff here is completely incompetent. It took nearly a month to get a minor maintenance issue fixed. They tell you one thing and then do the opposite or "forget" what they've given you in writing. Maintenance man entered my apartment without knocking. I am sure this is illegal. I
