I lived in Griffin Estates for 13 months, and never experienced a problem with the staff or the apartment itself. I never experienced any major maintenance issues, just easy-to-fix stuff, which were usually dealt with the same day I called.
The office staff was nice and professional, Jenny in particular.
The only draw back is that there is no central air in the apartments. Only a wall unit... in the living room. The back bedrooms get REALLY HOT in the summer. A few times it was so unbearable I had to sleep in the living room.
Other than that, I would recommend Griffin Estates. I enjoyed my time there.
