Summer = loud, shouting, gatherings of people Groups of people happen outside of my window all the time now that it is summer. They yell to each other from across the street. Make crazy noises and laugh so loud you could hear them from blocks away. I just turn my music up to mute them out.

Loved it here I moved into Griffin Estates a few months ago and I love it. It's quite, friendly and overall a nice place to live. It is one of the few places around that will accept big dogs. The only complaint I would have would be parking. The lots get full sometimes, but it's

ok overall i lived here for 2 years the overall experience was good. the maintenance pretty much got things done in a reasonable amount of time, but there were a few times i had to put in work requests repeatedly for the same problem. the staff was not too great they tend to give misinformation
