We were so surprised to read the negative comments previously written. We have called Harbour home for over 8 years! In the past year, management has painted all the buildings, put up new little awnings over the doors, resurfaced the whole parking lot and more. When we renewed, we mentioned a few things that we would like done in our apartment and the manager came herself to look at them. They agreed that some updates were needed and since then, they did take care of them. We love it here and have recommended it to our friends! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
