I lived in MainCentre for over a year and while it was expensive it was somewhat reasonable.
For the most part the building is controlled access as is the parking garage and this is a plus. The noise was not too bad in the hallways and I did not have a problem with noise from my neighbors. Many of the residents were professionals or elderly so that is a plus.
The property is over 10 years old and shows its age. The insulation from sound and temperature are not good and the AC/heaters are not efficient in the least. It would do well to completely replace the carpets in the apartments as well as the AC/heaters.
