Very quiet, convenient

Considering there are over 70 apartments in this complex, it is VERY quiet. Residents try hard not to intrude on one another to the extent one does not even get to know one's neighbors. Covered parking and access to building are convenient. Maintenance and building management are responsive. You have to like being downtown.
Did not stay after one year as rent for less than a full-year lease was considerably more than a similar apartment elsewhere.
