Good location with large floor plan and humongous amounts of storage space for an apartment! Well cared for overall and management is very responsive. Quiet! We have been residents for fours years so far and really have had few complaints. Reasonable rent is also a plus and includes an excellent maintenance crew. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

This is hilarious. It's obvious that this was written by an staff member. especially with a picture that is indentical to their own web-site pics. LOL. What a joke and that just shows you how typical they really are, trying to SCAM the public. Why didn't you take a picture of the ground so every one can see all the goose crap that is truely every where. That would be a lovely picture.

Sorry to bust your bubble but that picture is from my balcony and I do not nor ever have worked for this complex. When you have a pond and a stream on site wildlife tends to be there. As far as goose do, well that's what they do. If you don't like it here please leave, it's a free country last time I looked and there is always vacancies in "The Village" a real ghetto! You'd probably like it there.

I've been here for 5 months and it's been fine. I haven't notice goose poop yet but then again i can handle it considering I lived in the ghetto before this.

I just recebtly moved out last month and that was the best thing ever. The staff is pathetic and can't even change a light bulb correctly and the goose crap is completely out of hand and what makes it worst, they don't care. I moved into another complex call Park Place in Northville, 10 times nices with every thing up to date on the appliance and the grounds all for the same price. You just have to shop around and they are all out their.
