I have lived here a number of years and it is a delightful place to call home. The hilly setting is lovely. I just received my new windows and doorwall. They make an already beautiful apartment even more cozy. HUGE is the best descriptive word for the apartments, their closets and separate storage room. Laundry rooms are shared by only four apartments. Lighted carports are an added bonus. The manager and maintenance staff are most accommodating. I am here to stay!!!

WOW!! Congrats on your new windows and door. Now only if they can do the same for the next 95% of the tenants who is still suffering!!! Funny how you rated every thing as a perfect 5. It's obvious that you don't remember the goose crap every where and of course the actual lights that were completely out in the car ports until every one stated to complain and when every one was calling the NOVI police because things were constantly getting stolen and cars were also constantly getting broken in. Go to the NOVI police department and ask to see the public records of all the break ins. Or may again, your another EMPLOYEE trying to boost the pathic rating of this complex. FACTS are FACTS and it's obvious your full of something. I've been asking for my windows to be fixed and replaced for over 3 years now and of course nothing has happened. Of course our washer is broken for over a week now and still no replacement, but we get an idiot maint. guy that came buy and did nothing but sat their and talked on his cell phone and said their was nothing he can do and has no knowledge of fixing it. WHAT A SURPRISE.

This is completely obsurbed. How in the hell you get new windows and doors while the others have yet to get it. If this is true, your a real ignorant person to even brag about it while others are still suffering. a true jackass!!! But again, why would they change your windows and doors right in the dead middle of winter. Soooooo , your probally one of the ignorant staff members trying to boost up the ratings but you guys are doing nothing but upsetting the rest of the tenates. A true dumb and ignorant staff.
