I moved into Nothville Green almost one year ago and absolutely love it. I needed a flexible lease term and they could provide it. The Property Manager, Cathy bent over backwards for me to get me in in a short period of time. The new owners have really done a lot of exterior renovations that have improved the look of the complex tremedousley. Can't wait for the hallways to be completed. The neighbors are great and have not had any problems with loud noises/parties etc.
The apartments are being converted to Condo's and are selling at a very affordable price "for downtown Northville"- close to downtown anyway). I love it here so much, I am buying one of the condos.

I recently bought a condo at Northville Green. I am very happy with the unit I purchased. The price couldn't have been better, especially being within walking distance of downtown Northville. The only bad part about the condo is that the walls are paper thin. I can hear almost everything that my neighbors say and do, especially the unit above me. Besides that everything is perfect.
