Last rain storm i came home to an apartment the was filled with water, I had more water than the outside, called maintance they did nothing, called the loser manager Becky and of course she did nothing she never does. Pem Investments must be paying cheap they can't even find a decent manager. Come on renters we need to do something we deserve a safe dry place to live. Also watch out for your children drugs are all over!!
