I needed a shower after viewing this place. The 'newer' buldings were falling apart. The lady giving my tour tried to convince me that the carpet wasn't molded, it was just dirty and they would clean it. The kitchen was falling apart. The only nice thing was the fireplace and tour guide barbie couldn't even turn it on.

Again, a 'ready to move in' apartment needed about 10,000 in construction.

I'm getting itchy just thinking about it!
