First and for most, the staff is horrible, that's if they can stay long enough. There will be someone new in the front office within weeks. You're dealing with someone and they squash them out. then you have to deal with your problem with someone new from the beginning.
Next, my dump of an apartment is falling apart. There is a leak that is from the apartment upstairs that is bulging my ceiling. It took them 5 months to get my outdoor light fixed. People are F'ING thieves in there. Just the garbage you deal with.
I only have 6 months left then I'm out of there. If I make it, it must be what it was like going through a tour in Vietnam g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

If you have any issuses that need to be addressed you need to come to the office instead of posting complaints on a website.

Wow, the office, no way, i never thought of trying that. you're kidding. after i go to the office, maybe we can solve the world hunger issue. then we can end the war in the middle east while we are at it. do you suggest i go talk to the management there now, or wait for the new guy in two weeks? I'm assuming you've read the other post by people here too? I'm just throwing it on the website for others to know. And if you are the management, then maybe you should address people complaints as fast as you respond to a web post, then you probably won't have the two point rating.

Oh yeah, going to the office is the answer. The people in the office not only do nothing, they lie. They will make promises for things they don't have the authority to do and the owner will not allow.

i have lived here for 11 months now and i must say this is probably the worst experience of my life. I feel sorry for people who are not getting out. This whole propery staff should proably do like old yeller and get it over with. They dont care what so ever about the conditions here. They just turn their backs on all the residents
