Spare yourself the misery and DONT'T move here. It may not look THAT bad when you go on you tour, but beware. Ceilings cave from leaks. The windows are drafty and heating bills are through the roof. My furnace would go out constantly in the winter too. I would wake up at night and it would be as cold inside as outside. They never fixed it either, they would just come and re-light it and say there was nothing wrong with it. There were parties and drugs and a lot of ghetto slobs living there. Oh yeah...and prepare to have you laundry stolen from the laundry room unless you sit and watch it.
