A lot of the good things that are written about Innsbrook was probably from someone working there. I know this because I used to work there and they asked me to write good things too. And I did. I lived in the older phase apts. and it was terrible! We had no heat in the dead of winter 3 different times. Then we had a BAD leak just before we moved out. The overall apartment was sooooo bad. My boyfriend actually had to act like he was taking pictures of someone trying to steal tires off a car and break up a fight (two older kids beating a little boy).
I tried to help as many people as I could trying to replace things (nasty carpet, non working appliances, SLIDING GLASS DOORS, etc.)but the place was just too far gone. They are trying to fix it up but instead of replacing the nasty, moldy wood siding they just sided over it. Eventually, Mr. Paul Earl Mashni (owner of PEM Investments and biggest slumlord on planet earth) figured out that I was costing them more money so he did the same thing he did with every other employee that was trying to help the residents and FIRED me for absolutely no reason at all. That's his solution. All the bad things I've read on Apartment Ratings.com is true. This place will make you cry and regret that you ever considered moving there.

The reason the complex was bad before was because of the staff and this person was a part of that staff. Its funny to hear this person talk bad about themself. Does she realize that now that she is gone the office staff is much nicer and actualy gets things done

I agree with you to an extent. Managers and Staff carry out the expressed wishes of OWNERSHIP. You should be addressing your frustrations to Paul mashni. Why do you think he packed up and moved to Arizona?!?
