It may not look bad on your tour before you lease, but trust me this place is nothing but a dump. All summer long bees and wasps got inside my apartment through the shabby doorwall. The place is one big giant beehive. They never fix a thing..not a leak, an air conditioner, furnace, leaks and the damage they do. Be prepared to live with what ever goes wrong (and it will, the place is falling apart) and be blamed for it later.

I was friends with a few of my neighbors all who were trying to break their leases, because of the crappy conditions...not to mention the drugs and other losers that live there.

Oh and if they do get a manager that says they will help you, they are either lying or will soon be fired...so don't count on it.

Bees and wasps......no kidding..... Did you ever think that seeing as the complex is surounded by the woods that you might have a bee or two.
