I live here at Innsbrook and it is not a sec.8 property. I have lived here for nearly six years and the last three have been great. The new owners have made many major improvements not only with the property itself but with the staff as well. Last year they gave me new carpet in my apartment for resigning a new lease.

Donna, Rebecca, whoever it is just give up while you are NOT ahead. You would even walk around here at night. Thats a guarantee. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP PLEASE SEND HELP ANYONE!!!

I am a former resident of Innsbrook and I totally emphathize. My only suggestion is contacting the local television networks or RECORD footage of the "activity" and submit it to a TV station. It worked for us! We went ot court and PEM couldn't report anything negative on our credit report due to the judge's ruling. GOOD LUCK!

I worked there and quit due to the many many issues residents were having. Donna M. (Business Manger)and Doug M. (Regional Manager) are the two worst people to have in charge and until they are removed nothing will ever change since they believe this is a great community to live in. PEM Investments charges move outs fees but the money is not put back into the apartments to make the corrections. I think all the residents who have problems should get together and call the television station (Crime Stoppers) because what they expect you to live with is a true CRIME!
