Innsbrook is a great complex with lots of room for my kids to play. The maintenance staff are nice and trustworthy. I have lived here for six months and never had a problem go unsolved. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Rebecca is up to it again, I personally know that Innsbrook pays their employees to post good reviews, PLEASE if you love your children, and the conditions in which you are living DO NOT move here

I was going to say the same thing....management wrote this and it is obvious with the perfect score and the last line was a TOTAL line regarding no problems going unsolved. Your normal wait for maint. request is about a month at the least! If you have children like the previous response stated stay far far away.
