Let me make this short and sweet...if i can...
Hot water tank blew not once but twice
No screen for 8 months
Took 7 months to finally get new carpet, because the old stuff was moldy
When it rained buckets of water would come in through the doorwall
heat went out in the winter numerous times
Car stolen out of parking lot
Bees, spiders, and earwings crawling on you while you sleep
Ideal if you like fried chicken, watermelon, basketball, fubu, sean john, talking in ebonics, turds in the pool, pants below your ass, no education, grape soda, Livin Hood rich at Innsbrook.
Human feces and dog feces everywhere!!
Maintence staff just got off the boat
Property management is fine with the brokedown conditions here
Wouldnt reccomend it for my worst enemy
If you love crappy apartments, bums, Hoodlums everywhere at all hours of the night, Parking lots with no light, And basically hell on earth COME TO INNSBROOK.

Although I agree with your comments as to the CONDITION of the aparment and lack of response from management, I would also have to say that you are a complete and utter ASS! The KKK rally is in Waterford you dumb prick! Ignorant bastards like you give EDUCATED PEOPLE IN GENERAL a bad name. Get a life!

Actually the reveiw is pretty mild to the truth on Innsbrook Apt.. I especially like the basketball courts on weekends where 50-60 people hang out and seem to all know eachother. This is low income housing with the same rent as nice complexes. Let the buyer beware!
