You can easily find this info online. It sound like your office staff is doing like a lot people at work, doing enough to keep their jobs. Looking at the reviews here, it seem like most people who live in Innsbrook have a serious problem with these apartments, try to find some of the people who have the same issue you have with this place, get a petition, have people sign it, send or if you can bring it personally to the corp. office and let them know you are not going to take it anymore, and for the amount of money you guys are paying for these apartment, you should not have to go through this. Let corp. and your office staff know you mean business, they work for you, don't let them treat you like you should be luckt to have somewhere to live.
