I have been told by my neighbor, that the management company that owns this place has only owned it a couple of years, but they are on their 8th manager, and that when you go into the office, its always new faces, and you never know what worker is entering your apartment, because they are new too.
The basketball court next to the office is dangerous, which makes you never want to go and enjoy the pool, that is taken over by thugs, the office does nothing. I can not wait until my lease is up is 2 more months and I'm gone, If you have children, this is not the place to be, due to the open drug deals that continuously occur. avoid the dog poop if you can
