I know first hand how bad this community is I previously worked there. Management does not care about it residents or how they are treated. Nothing is taken care of and issues are considered petty when presented to them. They feel it is basically your fault for signing your lease and believing what you saw in the model is what would be expected. This community changes Property Managers and Leasing Consultants every two months and you have to wonder why that is. There is nothing positive to say about this property besides it is located in Northville. If you want to go weeks without heat, broken appliances, stained carpet then this is the place for you! TAKE MY ADVICE.........DON'T BOTHER!
