I have lived at innsbrook since late august 06 and all i can really say is u get what u pay for. There are problems such as the fact that my sliding door can only be opened by a professional body builder and the windows let in cold air. But as for the drug deals i have never seen that. I have no fear leaving my apt at night but there should still be lights in the parking lot. There are a lot of little kids running around and that is pretty annoying but i dont think that you cab blame that on the staff. The maitenence crew does kind of suck since they dont do nothing progressive (fixed my slide door 3 times and no dice) Im also not to happy with the apartments quality like with the kitchen drawers and cabinets that are old and dont open. Also the chipping paint. I do however like the affordability. It also close to a lot of places. Innsbrook obviously needs a lot of improvements but remember that its 7 mile and haggery not 7 mile and woodward. Its a place to live and at the end of the day thats what is most important. BUT FOR REAL SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIX MY FRIKKIN SLIDE DOOR.
