I lived at Innsbrook several years ago (1999) and our apartment, along with 7 others was damaged by a fire due to the maintanence staff trying to melt ice damming on the roof with a blow torch. After the fire happened we found out it was the third fire in 5 years at the complex, and today I'm reading the paper of another fire there. 3 weeks before the fire happened, my car was broken into in the parking lot. Lighting was few and far between and there were several complaints from tenants regarding this matter. We also had major bug problems. In the apt that burnt we had ants and after the fire we temporarily moved into the newer section and had "rolly polly" bugs extremely bad. I would never, ever recommend anyone living at this complex if you value your life and belongings.
