If you love fires, floods, mold, mildew, dead bugs, live bugs and rodents...You'll ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! There is so much to offer, where should one begin' Do you love high turnovers of workers within a company of people that don't realize they are here to actually service their tenants because your rent pays his or her wages' Well here at raggedy-a** INNSBROOK, we've had approximately 4 or 5 different property managers in less than a year and none of them have done anything any better than the last. Do you literally like watching your world crumble around you' Then this is the PLACE for YOU! With various "maintenance people" and the incompetent office staff -Prepare yourself for headaches, frustration, and hearing the same sorry-a**, lame excuses and lack of concern for any issues you may have with your apartment (AND OH, THERE WILL BE ISSUES DUE TO LACK OF UP-KEEP & YEARS OF IMPROPER MAINTENENCE) over and over again. Also, almost none of the staff live here, so why should they give a crap or show any genuine concern for your frustration, right' If I listed all of issues and problems that I have had as a resident within the past several months -I would be at my computer all day. I know people that have lived in other apartments and homes for years (years) and none of them have ever had as many problems as I have had living at Innsbrook. I feel DUPED and CHEATED, but I guess the saying is true, "Trash wrapped in pretty paper is still trash." Unfortunately, as the "pretty paper" began falling off, I had already signed my lease. Even with all the problems I have had, I do realize things could be far worse (just tired of ALL the b.s. and needed to vent, what better place'). If I had selected one the apartments in the other building, I could have been one of those people that lost everything due to the fire here. As soon as my lease over, do I even need to say more'

Hi, I am so sorry that you feel this way, If you are still around I would love to speak with you in person. You may come to the office at Innsbrook anytime and we will sit and talk. You are very justified in your thoughts and please allow us to show you that we are a company that cares about our residents and let us show you the difference in the new Team here at Innsbrook.
