Changes are really happening at Innsbrook which is now Northville Woods.
A new name and a fresh start. My time here has come to an end. While it was true that there were many problems and too many managers at one point, it is also true that they have indeed changed. There is a great team in there now and has been in there since February. The property is being worked on every day. Maintenace calls are way done and the Management team responds asap. The grounds are being cleaned up and trees trimmed and walks are edged. It will take time to get better but in the short months of summer the improvement is huge. I meam big.

It is not a new management company you douche. I was just there yesterday. Pam is still the manager. Doug M. from PEM was there. Darryl was there. If a new management company took over they would have new management & staff. IDIOT!!! Grow some balls put a username. I'll tell you who I am. Jessiejamez formerly of APT #303 -------!! I believe that the response was from a staff member as well. Anyone who has anything good to say about Innsbrook AKA the Northville Hood must work there.

oh my gosh talk about stupid you need to do some research. PEM is stand for Paul E Mashni and Pam Ddoug and Daryl work for PEM - The same company that has had over 12 managers in the last year. RLH is the other owner and though he chooses to use PEM management co. The staff is subject to RLH as well. The staff that is currently here PAM, Doug and Daryl have been here only since FEB. Since Daryl spend most of his time watching his maintance team water flowers and hang out at the mailboxes with his 2 cool sunglasses and even thinks he has the authority to tell residents what they can do to fix their own apatments i wonder how long hell be here. A new management company other than PEM doesn't mean new people stupid Take a look at the new brochures be aware. The new brochures put out by PEM already give false information.

dealing with Innsbrook/Northville Woods/PEM whoever... is POINTLESS. They all drink on the job, the sell drugs on the job.. they spend there time at the pool or causing drunken fights at 3 in the morning! Its sick who they hire here. Daryl gets to live in one of the nicer apartment for FREE... its complete --------! I have never seen any of those guys do anything productive! The ---- in my apartment is still broken. They keep making promises but nothing gets done. Pam.... gosh she is a idoit. She has mental breakdowns on the job, never returns phone calls, she is about as worthless as the maintance staff! THIS PLACE IS A --------.... I feel bad for the decent people who have to live here because they can't afford to break their lease or move elsewhere! THIS IS TO THE INNSBROOK/NORTHVILLE WOODS STAFF.... WE ALL KNOW YOU READ THESE POSTS... WHY DON'T YOU START FOLLOWING YOUR MAINTAENCE STAFF AROUND SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DO ON THE JOB... DO RANDOMS CHECK IN THE VACANT APARTMENTS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING ON.. I BET YOU A MONTHS OF RENT YOU WILL FIND THEM EITHER DRINKING OR SMOKING WEED!!!! MAYBE YOU GUYS SHOULD START PAYING BETTER ATTENTION TO THESE POSTS AND START DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!!! TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR RESIDENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
