This place was a let down from the start. It took 3 months to get my mailbox keys, there are always bugs and bees getting in and buildings are burning down. The staff is mentally retard and wouldn't know how to run a fryer at McDonalds much less an apartment complex. The people they let live here arent much better. Some of my neighbors are great but the people that let there kids run in the streets and trash the basketball court are trash. This is the ghetto of Northville. 7 mile represent WHAT WHAT!<---- ------- joke. I would rather live in Taylortucky or Wasteland.

Hi, I would love to speak with you in person to help understand the reasons that you are so angry with Innsbrook. We are trying to overcome the objections that have been brought forward. As a Company, we want to make our residents know that we do care and are making all efforts to be more responsive to our residents needs.

Why is it SO difficult for you to pick up the phone and COMMUNICATE with your residents when theres a problem.You guys ignore my calls regarding concerns all the time! I haved to call YOU back, for you to say, we'll work on it and get back to you....months later I'm still waiting to hear from you in regards to my disruptive neighbors, and busted up apartment!?WHY is COMMUNICATION so difficult! I wouldnt be nearly as pissed and irate if atleast the smallest effort at customer service was attempted. I seriously get sick thinking about my clients be serviced the way you service me.PEM investment might not give ----, but a good staff person in the leasing office could make a difference...But they dont, and this place is so run into the ground at this point, they never will!

Im with you, alot of these people are decent considerate people but my lord the trashy folk way out number the good tennants. Living at Innsbrook is like being at a Taylortucky/Detroit reunion. These frickin kids run amuck without any supervision and the older ones just trash everything. One of the problems is these parents are just kids themselves when they have kids. As for the first building facing 7 mile and the road in and out, thats just a mess. God help the good neighbors who pay $950-1000 a month for peace and quite. Innsbrook should have certain rules such as: you have to watch your children, your kids cant stop traffic playing in the streets(especially when there like 5-7 yrs old), you cant use your apartment as a nightclub or after hours bar, you should have to behave normal when partying and keep your party in your unit, Your guests shouldnt be allowed to trash the community and peoples cars, assault eachother and the police when they respond, and just pure and simple, tennants should be respectful/considerate of other tennants. Most complexes have these basic rules but not at Innsbrook!

In responce to Mr. Bamajohn25. Does a mowhawk classify a person to be white trash? Takes white trash to know white trash so I will not call you out. Kids do as kids do. They play outside, ride bikes and so on. Leave them be or ...find your self a better Taylortucky. I'm sure you'll have no trouble fitting in.

I agree kids are kids. When i was a kid i ran around having fun too. I think what most people are angry about is the poor parenting involved in supervising those children. Me personally, i dont care about the kids running around, im just concerned for their safety when their playing in the streets and in/out of the dumpsters. Ive noticed as of late the all night hard partying of the parents of these kids has slowed down and also the kids themselves seem more behaved. I guess thats progress, so theres still hope!

I understand that Kids will be kids, but does that give them the right to be destructive. When you have hardworking tenants staying here, should they have to come out to their cars being vandalized?? Or trash and candy wrappers all over the place?? Once I went to wash my clothes in the laundry room, and right before I dropped some clothes in what do I see, but chewed up bubblegum and weed blunts thrown all inside of it. Not to count the other times I walked in there and almost caught a partial high from all the weed smoke. That has become their own personal club house. One day they were all blocking the door, and saw me walking up with my basket of clothes only to stand there and stare, not at all moving, making me say excuse me and walking around them. Again kids will be kids, but some behavior is unacceptable and does not warrant a pass. It breaks my heart when Im driving pass the playground to see 2 - 3 - 5 yr olds playing by themselves with no supervision. Where are the parents?? What if they walk off into the woods that we have surrounded all around the apartments. What is it going to take for someone to see something needs to be done. I guess when a child gets hit by a car, or snatched up by some sexual predator then everyone will be ready to take action. Just venting, but when you pay rent especially as high as it is here you don't wan to have to put up with un-necccessary issues like other peoples kids not behaving.

Its not the kids, its the kids piece of crap parents.. Innsbrook is Detroit.. These kids will all be jail inmates like their parents as soon as their of age.. black people and hilbillies like the lower unit when you first drive in are filth.. Send all the ------ and Taylor rednecks back home!!
