I've seen almost everything you really can in this place, from cars burning down to apartments, electric surges that catch fire (thank God I was awake when it happened to put it out), flooded apartments, trees coming out of their roots and almost coming down on my apartment, kids running wild with no supervision or parents that dont care, consistent raises on the laundry costs, kids offering drugs, theft, car crashes, police racial profiling, the most unpleasant condescending office staff (not to mention the highest turnover rate i've ever seen, worse than poorly ran resturants. Did I mention a slow maintenance staff, but its truly not there fault, the management has them doing things their not liscensed to do, therefore its not done right until the third or forth time when they subcontract the work out. Its truely one of the worst places around, but if you can deal with this kind of ----, then come on over to Innsbrook, they allow dogs, thats the ONLY reason i'm still here.

even the police laugh at this complex and their management. The police would love to close down this housing project , but instead just offer advice to move at any cost.
