Just to let every one know before you renew your lease (If you plan on staying that is) have a friend call up and find out how much your apartment is on special for...Innsbrook is trying to raise my rent $20 so I had a few friends call to act like perspective renters and guess what they are asking for $25 less than what I'm paying right now before the increase!!!! Also for anyone who might want it here is the website address for the investment co. who owns Innsbrook. Man , you hit it right on the head. Its actually offensive to me how the office feeds us these lines on how their improving things around here. If you try complaining it will drive you crazy. The people that live next to me are running a full out party house and when you complain you just get blown off. Just Last week i watched the guests of my neighbors come out at the same old 2-3AM and start throwing beer cans around. Whats worse is i think he was same punk who tryed to take on a cop a month before when his drunk buddy was in the back of a squad car for assaulting his girlfriend or something crazy like that. I never got the full story, but pulling in to the complex and seeing what looks like a garbage dump lined against the first unit facing 7 mile and the kids outside partying every night then carrying it to the parking lot, i can only shake my head on how they get away with it. Oh, and i almost forgot, my neighbor who is totally fed up, got the hood of his car keyed on the 4th. Have you noticed the unsupervised kids out there too? Thats rediculous. I especially like the 4-5 yr old who stops traffic driving that motorized car in the street. Its a bunch of kids who had kids living here. GETTO-you better believe it. If you want to see a real sight, go by the basketball courts(tennis courts) that they fixed the other day and check out all the people hanging out there that seem to all know eachother. That will really freak you out. As far as the pool your dead right again. I stopped going there a while back. Getto is the correct word for INNSBROOK, Problem is the rent isnt that of a getto, so you get bad and more bad. Like a Northville cop told me "this place is like the getto, you need to get out"!!!

I am totally with you guys too! This place is a ------- --------. The maintenance staff are a bunch of idiots. I had to tell them where and HOW to fix the water leak in my apt. Yeah those White Trash people that let there mowhawk kids and "Reggies" play in the streets by the first building pisses me off. I cant wait to get out of here in December. I am having a party cause I am LEAVING. This is all total BS. They are never going to amount to anything at this place. This is Northville's ghetto.

Werty32, Sorry your financial situation has brought you to such a place as this. You might not want to take it out on others not in your situation. The children do have parents and good ones at that. I guess you and many others like your self don't remember what it's like to be a kid. To ride a bike to play with friends outside. If they cause harm ask where they live and fill in the parents. In responce to Ananymous on 7/06 I've never been to a Taylortucky/Detroit reunion sounds like you enjoyed your self...you moved here. The building facing 7 mile...I don't get the mess. Kids do as kids will do. Leave them enjoy there summer break! In responce to Ms. Pissedoff. Are you one of the Innsbrook window smudgers? I bet you are! How else would you know all this info. Pitty you aren't a sleep at the time when all this is going on. I live around where your talking about....the only garbage I see is dog ---- all in the yards and oh there's one Apt. lit up like X-MAS with these fake ass trees. A few cars that need to be towed cause there garbage and leak crap all over in the deive ways. That's what trash I see!

Hello Anonymous, Call it want you want but don't dish the name calling if you don't want it back. Attacking a WHITE person...how cute! My children are very well behaved. Don't worry about things that don't concern you. Honey, I'm certainly not upset about anything. The people that comment on this site don't make sense. If you don't feel comfortable at home, stop crying and whining about it and either move or make a move. Since everyone else says what they feel, why is it wrong that I do the same? Wow, I was thinking about moving into this complex... After reading the way the neighbors talk to each other it sure doesn't sound like a very friendly place... guess I'll just keep looking.
