I'm long gone. I received a collection notice from PEM for $510. Disputed it and PEM as a "good faith gesture" said they would waive it. So I think everything is done and I can move on with my life and stop bashing this apartment complex. I really was going to unsubscribe and maybe even delete my reviews. Erin in the office seem really nice and I wanted to believe that Paragon Management was going to not be so shady.

Paragon Management sends me a notice that they are going to attempt to collect the $510 & $1600ish for me breaking my lease. OMG I was living month to month. I gave proper notice to Pam in writing. I have digital files that are date stamped. I have more photos & documentation on what I had to endure with this $hitty A$$ apartment than I have photos of my children.

It's on now!!! NEVER MOVE HERE. These New manager $uck just as bas as the a$$ holes they took it over from.

I am a retired employee form the Northville township chamber of commerce, and to my knowledge there has always been a liazon officer that patrols every housing facility in this township. Also if i might ad I was walking my dog a caouple nights ago and a saw man that was a little suspicious, I asked him who he was and he said he was hired by the complex to patrol the premises he was actually stopping everyone who was speeding as I was passing. Not everything is so bad around here.

lol.. far from true. I would love to move on with my life. I'd also like to stop getting mail from people that I never had a lease with trying to collect $$$$ not due to them. AS far as bashing the people that live there I have no problem with.

JessieJamez, you sound like someone who needs to move on with your life. You have nothing else better to do than to spend your days and nights bashing a complex that you have long moved away from. I'm not going to say Innsbrook/Northville Woods is the best apartment complex but whose to say that you are the best tenant. Why don't you move on with your life and find something else better to do than to bash the complex and the people who live there still, and the management company who just took over. Find a hobby or something, try knitting, or painting. Just because not everyone agrees with you doesn't mean there is something wrong with them, take a look in the mirror. Find something in life to make you happy cause you are obviously one miserable individual.
