DO NOT RENT HERE PASS THE WORD TO ALL YOUR FRIEND AND SO ON AND SO ON

Innsbrook is the worst place to live in Northville. The selling of drugs and the fact that Northville Township Police are there so often is no place to live for anyone. The grounds are not upkepted and most and the management changes so often that nothing ever gets done. At present, the new management has been there since February and has to stay since they are involved with 3 lawsuits that I know of.
Carpets are not always replaced and the new paint job covers up the water leaks from all the floods. They violate the comsumer protection laws and enter apartments when ever they please. Pick up comsumers laws and tenemts and landlord booklets at the city offices. Northville has them all the time. The trash floats around the buildings and there is an open refrigerator in the back. Several people had to leave in the middle of the winter because they would fix the heat. Entry doors do not seal and balconys are rotten. The regional construction manager has admitted that several of the issues at the complex can not be fixed.
Once you've signed a lease you are stuck and run the risk of your personal items being destroyed. Stay away
