This past week I met a person who was passing out flyers.
This person is a also someone that Innsbrook aka Northville woods took advange of.
They haven't been able to get anyone to fix thier apartment for a year and a half.
I guess they are going to court but in the meantime they wrote up a flyer and have been passing them all over town.

Why didn't I think of that! The maintance people are lazy and the changes in propery manager which is every month or so is appalling. The grounds are full of trash and trees over hang the entrances into the apartments. Several apartments have had multiple leaks and can't be fixed yet they still rent them out.
The applainces are old and instead of replacing them they just pull another old from an unused apartment. The pool was supposedly fixed but its so dirty that they throw way too much chlorine into it. They did put two table out there but big deal one
family comes in and there gone while the rest of us sit on the cement.
They make promises and more promises but never come thru on them its a dump
