I've lived here for a five years and thank god there is a new company running this place. I've read a lot of the posts on here, not all cause there is just too many, but thank god there is a new company running this place. I've had my share of problems with the old management like getting eviction notices cause they lost my check, nothing getting fixed and dealing with the less than nice staff in the office, but I really hope things change this time. So far so good... the new maintenance guy came to fix a couple things that I called the office about in September and the new people in the office were really nice when I dropped off my rent check. Someone even called me to see if that stuff from September had been fixed and then they were here two days later to fix it. I remember the days when this place was really nice so I really hope this new company does better. I went on their company website and their other places look like they take care of them and the ratings of them are ok on here, so I've got my fingers crossed. Maybe they'll make some of the ghetto people move out and fix this place up cause I love my apartment and Northville. I'm hopeful!!

How could you recommend this place? You've lived here, do you think that Paragon can fix things? Let me tell you my experience so far. I have moved. I cleaned may apartment and attempted to do a walk through at a predetermined time. When I arrive at the management office the manager was too busy to see me. I gave them my keys and my forwarding address. I didn't really expect to get my security deposit back, because they are scum slumlords. I did call and ask for it back and they told me that they would get back to me. Well now I receive a notice from a collection agency that I owe then $500! I have pictures I left the place immaculate. Erin the new manager was very very nice. They still are trying to collect money from me! They have no documentation from PEM, Innsbrook, Pam or Donna or whatever manager of the month. On every one of my checks, on the back I made a notation that this was full and final payment for the month of...and that cashing this check constituted agreement of such, just so we wouldn't have any problems. Now they want more. Well I'm here to tell you don't move here.

I could post as "Anonymous" if that would make you feel better. Yes I have a job (worked 12 hrs yesterday going to work 8 today & 12 tomorrow, gotta get that extra money for that for the holidays. Now you Listen! We are endowed with certain rights. One of them is freedom of speech. I'm allowed to speak my mind. I've never posted a single lie about this apartment complex. The ones that have posted lies are the employees and rental agents that have gone on this site and posted reviews as residents (we all know that has happened. Speaking of my job maybe the reason that I'm so active about posting reviews is to warn people what they are getting into. I work really hard for my money so do the people that pay their rent to you. Wait until you phase I people get your gas bill next month. I've seen $250 for one month in a one bedroom. Those things are leaky!!! This site is filled with inflammatory lies. Let's take your review. You gave Construction 5/5...lol! Office staff 5/5...It would figure you would say that about yourself.......Maintenance 5/5......your staff..... Safety 4/5 tell that to the people who lost everything in the last fire!! Keep my name out your mouth! Regards, James

who ever this guy is talking to he got another thing coming.. i dont think he realizes people are now happy that a new company has taken over the complex and will be changing the overall apperance and issues there once was here. So if you dont live here any more your comments have no relavence to the current issues here in this community because your referencing on the past .. were in the future of Northville Woods .. thanks

WATCH OUR FOR MANAGEMENT POSTING POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!! This site is all of the sudden filled with positive reviews most likely by the management office. This place is a dump. The future will tell whether they turn it around or not. THEY CAN START BY CLEANING THE SNOW!!!!
