Consider yourself warned. This place is a dump. If you move here you will be sorry.

They rent to ANYONE. The atmosphere inside the complex is pure GHETTO. There are drugs, vandalism, garbage stored on balconies, laundry stolen. The management will MAKE promises they will NOT keep. If anyone wrote otherwise its because the management office has been known to get on here and write reviews to get people to move here. (notice an abundance of good reviews within days or even hours of each other, do you really think al the sudden the residents here got a bug up their butt to say something good about this dump')

They treated me so nice before I signed my lease, then WHAM, My calls were ignored. Out of 5 apartments I have lived in this one is BY FAR the worse!!! Cant wiat to get out of here!!!!!

The major federal fair housing law is the Fair Housing Act. You know, with the yahoos that were running this place before letting all the ghetto thugs move in with their section 8 vouchers it's no wonder that it's not going to change over night. And the first response is true.. the last company must have had really low standards but if people met them, they can't discriminate. It's going to take time for this new company, Paragon, to clean this place up. It doesn't happen over night but they are trying which is more than anyone else has ever done. I was so happy to see the guy stopping cars speeding through here cause people are idiots, there are children here!! Bringing this guy in to patrol at night is the smartest thing that has happened in this place in a long time. And if you're thinking about moving here, call the Northville Police Dept and ask for Mike, that's our liason officer. He'll tell you what it was like before and how things are changing already. Personally, I'm happy someone is finally fixing things and making some rules so these ghetto thugs that are here get the hint that this is Northville and we don't do it like Detroit out here.

I usually wouldn't respond, but the ignorance in some of these reviews is overwhelming. How do you constitute a "ghetto" person? Sounds like anyone black is ghetto to ignorant minds. I will agree that the condition and maintenance of the property is horrible, but as for the residents, I have had no problems at all. If you are judging by the way people look whether or not they can afford to live somewhere, you are obviously closed minded and who knows, maybe people are saying the same thing about you. You should be careful who you judge, you never know, one day you might need that person for whatever reason, and more important, your prejudice may be completely wrong.

I don't even know if many black people live there. In this case ghetto means, piggish and disrespectful. Most of the residents store trach on their patios and balconies, and destroy the grounds, sell drugs and have the police called on them for fighting or making to much noise....now you know what ghetto really is (funny no one else mentioned color but you)
