I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND FROM THE START ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THERE HAS BEEN 3 OR 4 MANAGEMENT COMPANIES HERE AND THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. WE HAD WATER DAMAGE BECAUSE THE MORONS WHO BUILT THESE APARTMENTS THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO BUILD APARTMENTS DOWN HILL FROM EACH OTHER SO OUR ENTIRE DINING ROOM AND LIVING ROOM WALL ROTTED. EVERY TIME IT RAINED (SUMMER 08) WHICH WAS ALOT WATER SEEPED INTO OUR CARPET DONT KNOW IF THEY TOTALLY FIXED PROBLEM OR NOT. THE UTILITY ROOM ALSO HAS ROTTED AND THERE IS STILL MOLD IN IT FROM THE WATER. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. THE COMPANY THEY HAVE TO DO SNOW REMOVAL IS SUB PAR. FOR A YEAR OUR GUTTER DOWN SPOUT LEAKED, CANT COUNT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED ON THIS. MANAGEMENTS ANSWER WAS TO GIVE US A BAG OF SALT FOR THE WINTER SO WE CAN PUT IT DOWN SO WE WONT FALL. TO LATE ALREADY FELL.
MY PERSON WHO LIVES NEXT TO ME FOUND TO MICE & I HAVE FOUND DROPPINGS FROM MICE. I COULD GO ON AND ON.....
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, I WOULD RATHER LIVE IN MY CAR. IM MOVING OUT OF THIS DUMP AT THE END OF FEBRUARY. THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN MAKE THESE APARTMENTS "LUXURY" APARTMENTS IS TO BULLDOZE THEM AND START OVER. I EVEN HAD A CONVERSATION WITH A WOMEN THAT WORKED IN THE OFFICE AND SHE AGREED THESE WERE SH** HOLES .

Sounds like someone who works in the office commented on 3/6... I lived there years ago (and I've in lived many complexes) This is by far the biggest dump I've EVER encountered. I also experienced the leaking, a roof cave in, mold among other things and NOT ONE maintenance request was EVER responded to....even to hole im my roof

to the dumbass above.... apartment living may not be a "lifestyle for the rich and famous" but you should be able to call it home. No one should have to deal with the problems that these apartments have.
