location is great...price/service is not so great. price for these paper thin walls and MAJOR maintenance issues...I called maintenance 15 times in 7 months...major bug problem on 1st floor. Had a pipe burst in my neighbors apartment and they had a huge blower in my apartment for 4 days..very loud and smelled up the entire place...zero compensation for that months rent. You can rent cheaper with less hassle from a number of other locations. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
