Don't do it! This is a complex with multiple problems. We were offered a "discount" when we signed our lease, only to have the offer revoked the day we arrived. Conveniently, the lease agent was no longer employed there and since there was no written record of our conversation, we were stuck. Had we not been from out of town and out of immediate options, we never would have stayed. It is NOT helpful to have breakfast at the clubhouse 3 days a week. I am an adult and can prepare my own food. It WOULD be helpful to have convenient trash disposal. Having to place my trash in my car and drive it to the dumpster is NOT reasonable. Our apartment has TONS of spiders and a wasp nest on the deck. Maintenance has responded within 48hours, but they left my bathroom a filthy mess. For $1050 per month I expect a lot more and will be leaving ASAP.
