I have lived at this apartment for a while now and have been very impressed. I have never had a problem with bugs or mice or any such issue. The office staff (Evita, Beth, Erica just to name a few) have been extremely helpful. They even changed my lease on the spot when a new lower offer came about a few days before I was due to sign! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. I was sad leaving my old apartment for a job transfer to this side of town...but now I am extremely happy to call Park Place my home.
