I recently moved into Park Place Apartments and have been pleased thus far. I was concerned with the notices I saw posted here regarding bugs but have not had any problems. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. For the area the prices are decent considering the amenities that are provided. It is especially nice to have a washer/dryer and there is plenty of storage space. Maintenance requests have been taken care of within 1 to 2 business days. At this time I would recommend the complex.
