I lived there for 4 years. After first year they tried raising rent 150 more per month. The old staff was more pleasant than the current group. Kim (Mgr) is about as rude as they come. It is no wonder that my old apartment is still vacant, over a year now. The lower level has a very bad bug problem. They spend alot of time on the grass by the clubhouse and the enterance, but once summer comes expect the grass by your patio to be brown. The maintenence is a joke. Left for vacation for a week, requested some minor jobs to be done while we were gone. They forgot about the work order. Walls are paper thin, so expect to know everything about your neighbors. Snow removal, horrible. Trash, expect to not be able to drive in the drive thru trash dumpster, it always overflows. Apartments across the street are cheaper, cleaner, and much nicer people. I'd love to see this management group get tossed out on their behinds. They also charge you now to use the gym or get a pool key.
