My comments were from the "very shady" review last fall. I still agree with my comments, but has anyone noticed the nice reviews only come after a horrible review and they seem to mention specifics only management would think to write' By the way, most of our problems began in week 5 of our living at Park Place, which would be too late to take advantage of the 30 day window. Anyway, I would just like to say, we are extremely obsessive compulsively clean people. The ants refuse to go away. Our apartment has been sprayed by the exterminator more times than I can count. We adopted our puppy a month after moving in and had him less than a week, when we were told to fork over $250 or management would not fix our maintenance issues, which include a collapsed closet three times, once almost landing on my dog. Yes, this is our first apartment and thank goodness it won't be the last. Management has done nothing to help, but I must say, since Kris has come back, things seem to be running alot more smoothly. She is so pleasant and is always concerned about our issues and makes sure they are corrected quickly. Just wanted to give Kris kudos. Keep it up! If you need a pet-friendly place in the Northville area, and don't mind bugs and monthly maintenance issues, Park Place is it.
