I have a friend that moved in here. I wish that they didn't. When they went to sign the lease, it was just "sign here give us the cash and don't worry we will send a copy of the lease.
Well after about 3 mos no copy, they hit there account for some kind of "holding fee" they could not move in earlier, but was charged a holding fee. You would think that the enormous $125.00 application fee would do the trick. Also You have to pay for water on top of your rent, that was unexpected. The apartment was not even repainted before moving in. There was a huge hold in the wall window that was just patched up and not properly done. Also the furnace in this apartment stays on for about 2 minutes and shuts off, so the ending effect is your freezing cold most of the time and the office was called, but NOTHING WAS DONE. Even the mail boxes are messed up. when the snow flys, the boxes lock up and guess what, you can't even get your mail. Think Again before taking this place.
