Park Place seems pretty nice when you fist get there. The staff treat you nice until you sirn the lease. After that it's like you don't exist. When we moved in they charge you $125 to clean the place up for you. Well thats a joke. They forgot to pain it befor we moved in so they called the day before our stuff was to arrive and siad would you still like it painted. Of course I said yes because of the money they charged me. Well they did not clean the walls before painting so before long the old dirt started to show threw. They only applied one coat and missed so many spots you could see the old white paint threw the new tan paint as well as the dirt under it. They got pain all over the very old stained carpeting that sould have been replaced and when you ask them to replace it they don't. So when we got there the walls were still get so the movers smeared some of the paint bring in our stuff. The place is not safe. Our moror cycle that had three very stron very expensive locks was stolen and then the new one was almost stole twice. I also had several neighbors have cars, motorcycles, rims, and sterios stolen. (there are three ungated entrances to the place, its a shopping mall for theaves) I waited to months to get a leaking garbage disposal fixed (had to all 9 times and fill out the form 5) waited one month for a leaking washing machine to get fixed. I am still waiting for my security deposit to be given back and I have been out of the place for over a month. On and then there is then pool. It was green almost all of last summer and the summer before because they were too cheap to buy a filter that could handel the pool size. You can never go down to enjoy it beacuse they do not monitor who comes to swim and all of the local high school kids who don't even live there come to swim. I live right next to the pool and in the summer when I would come home from work I could not park in front of my building because of all of the cars from people who do not live there coming to the pool. Many resident I knew would not take their kids to the pool because people were always drinking and smoking in the pool or by it. We caught to people having sex in the hot tub and when I told management about it they would not drain it and have it cleaned out. I have many more complaints but I think I have proven my point. I will say one good thing though. things did get better when Kris came back she would try her hardest to get things fixed for you even though when she did ask maintenance to come they would never show up. that is not her falt she is a wonderful caring person. Over all I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
