I've lived at Park Place for 2 years now and have no complaints. I've only had to call maintenance once because of a furnace malfunction and they were at my apartment within 1/2 hour & the heat was back on within an hour! My neighbors are quiet, respectful and everyone in my building and in the office has always been cooperative and nice. The grounds are well maintained and and the pool, clubhouse and workout areas are great. My apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage. This place is great!
