Good Value, Beautiful Lake

I have live in Park Place for several years and I have been very impressed with the staff, especially maintenance. My hot water began leaking, and the staff had it replaced, including some carpeting, before I got home.

I love the lake, and the proximity to downtown Northville. I walk to the grocery store often, which I consider a perk.
