Hi. I was looking recently at Park Place Northville. It appears to be really nice. But, when I went to almost sign the lease, the person showing me the apartment, Evita, was annoyed with me. She did not go over any of the prices and then raced off in her car expecting me to follow her. I didn't even know where she went. Once inside the apartment, she proceeded to argue with me about prices. She was unfriendly, rude and a horrible representation for this place. If she is any reflection on what the management would be like once I signed a lease, thank goodness I went down the street and found a much better place. When I asked about all the negative comments on this site, the response I got from management was that this place went without a manager for 10 months! How do you allow an apartment complex of this size to go without a manager for that long. I think that speaks volumes for the company running this place.
