I've lived in Park Place Apartments for almost a year now and will be renewing my lease.

Any routine maintenance requests were dealt with w/i 1 business day and the emergency maintenance staff came over w/i 20 minutes (lock-out request was more like 2 minutes).
I've never had a problem with any of the staff--everyone has been really friendly and professional.

I have a second floor apt so maybe that's why I don't have a bug problem that so many people mentioned here.

The overall amenities are great, albeit, the one time I went to the pool it was lukewarm and I was more refreshed sitting in the shade than swimming.

My unit always has available parking when I'm not in the carport.

Great renting experience.
My only real complaint:
The washer and dryer are small, but that's to be expected with a stackable unit. The dryer's heat sensor is a little out of wack, so after one load is done I have to wait 45 minutes before I can put in another.
